Built a printer-agnostic print spooler: REST API plus Blazor Server dashboard that queues jobs, delivers them to network printers over IPP, pushes live status via SignalR, and logs a full audit trail of every job.
Designed per-printer monitors managed by a printer manager, each with its own cancellation token, so one stalled printer never blocks the others; printers are discovered over mDNS and picked up at runtime.
Built crash recovery: on restart, unfinished jobs are re-checked against the printer and marked failed if completion can't be confirmed.
Built layered architecture (Core, Infrastructure, Api, Web) with ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SignalR, Blazor Server, and ErrorOr, backed by Azure SQL. Verified end to end against a physical printer.

Built ReleaseProcessor, a C# app that automated splitting large warehouse label orders across five label-rendering instances, tracking every file to completion, retrying failures, rolling back cleanly if cancelled, and posting a completion summary to Teams. Replaced a fragile single-file PowerShell script.
Built PrintFlow, a dependency-free PowerShell terminal app multiple operators used daily to queue, monitor, reprint, audit, and look up label print jobs, with input validation and plain-language error messages.
Built a prototype label generator rendering about 300x more labels per second via PCL, sent directly to printers over raw TCP (port 9100), with cached pre-rendered elements and layouts positioned on a normalized 0 to 100 scale.
Wrote SQL reports and modified production stored procedures in Sybase ASE and PowerBuilder under the team's senior developer.
Ran daily print operations, including maintaining and repairing four industrial label printers, diagnosing failures in real time during live production runs, developing a troubleshooting process from recurring failure patterns, and handling minor part replacement in-house; became a go-to resource on BarTender operations and label file structure.
